The pilot puts Evoltir to work on a running project within 90 days. We configure the workspace, migrate relevant project data and support the first steering cycles.
Together we choose a running project with relevant steering depth, for example an industrialization project, an automotive nomination or a plant or equipment project.
Project structure, users, roles, gates and relevant capacity structures are aligned to your organization and project methodology.
Schedule, gates, risks, changes, supplier and resource data are taken from the running project and brought together in the workspace.
The first management review is prepared and run directly from Evoltir. Decisions, actions and open items are tracked in the system afterwards.
Together we compare effort, timeliness, decision quality and adoption against the starting situation, creating a solid basis for the rollout decision.

A licence is assigned to one person and cannot be shared between users. Read-only access is free, for example for management, leadership or reviewers.
The pilot runs for 90 days. Professional and Professional+ are offered with a 12-month term. For Enterprise, terms depend on the rollout scope.
Yes. After the pilot you can move directly into the right package. Professional can be extended to Professional+, and to Enterprise as requirements grow.
We set up the workspace, configure users, roles, project structure and gate model, and support the first steering cycle. Within the first days the pilot project is workable.
SSO via Microsoft Entra ID or SAML and SCIM provisioning are available in the Enterprise package. Strict SSO enforcement and emergency administrator accounts are supported.
Evoltir runs in AWS eu-central-1 in Frankfurt. Database, file storage and backups remain within the EU. The architecture is GDPR-oriented with a complete audit trail.
