Evoltir is built on more than 15 years of experience from complex industrial projects. Across many projects the same steering questions kept coming back: schedules, gates, resources, changes, suppliers, risks and profitability. The steering model came first, and the software grew out of it.
Evoltir began with recurring problems from real industrial projects. Schedules, status decks, risk registers, change logs, resource views and finance files each covered only a part of the project. Out of that came the idea of one connected steering model.

The product logic of Evoltir follows four levels the founder was accountable for in industry: as team member, project manager, department head and portfolio owner.
For more than 15 years I steered industrial projects from different roles. The perspective changed, the underlying problem stayed: information was scattered, decisions had to be prepared laboriously and experience stayed in heads and files. Evoltir grew out of the ambition to connect these levels in one system.

Evoltir PM is the core product of Evoltir GmbH in Munich. The company develops and operates the platform as an independent SaaS for internal PMOs.
Evoltir is introduced as SaaS and operated day to day by the internal PMO. Support for rollout and training is optional.
